Le Chic Salon

Has implemented the following salon policies to guarantee that every Client will enjoy our salon service experience and receive the absolute best in trend-seting styling design services.

Appointments & Cancellation Policy

 Your appointments are very important to the Le-Chic Salon team members and are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations and/or reschedules. 

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

 Bridal/Bridal Party Cancellation Policy

 Bridal/Bridal Party appointments are required to be made with a credit card in order to secure the appointment.  Le-Chic Salon requires notification three (3) weeks prior to your schedule service for any cancellations and/or to reschedule. Failure to adhere to this policy result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.  “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service, as we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.

Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have.so that we can better accommodate you.

 Gift Certificates

 Ideal for holiday gifts, anniversaries and any special occasion! Gift Certificates may be issued in any denomination. They may be used towards the purchases of products and all services (excluding gratuities)and can be purchased on-line or in the Salon. PLEASE NOTE Gift Certificates are not refundable for cash.Gift Certificates not redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase will expire.

 Pre-paid Series

 We offer Pre-paid Series which helps you save time when checking out during your next service. This is available by phone or on our website.

Method of Payment

 We gladly accept Cash. Visa. MasterCard. American Express. Discover. and Personal Checks. Gift Certificates.(No out of State Checks)We do not give back cash on checks and credit card sales.

Refund Policy-Retail Products

If for any reason our client is not satisfied with any of our retail products purchased at Le Chic Salon products may be returned within 10 days of the original purchase and Le Chic Salon will issue a refund in the optional form of a product exchange or a Le Chic Salon store ( in-house)credit.

Refund Policy Salon Services

Le Chic Salon Team takes pride in our trend-setting creative design services;however,if for some reason we miss the mark of excellence in our service execution towards you- Please notify Le Chic Salon Management within 48 hours of your service(s) Up on Le Chic Salon Management's decision, a complimentary "redo" or alternative solutions may be possible. Please note that Le Chic Salon does not issue refunds for any services.

 Gratuity

 Le Chic Salon does not include gratuities in the price for styling service(s) Gratuities are welcomed and is customary for outstanding services performed by your Le Chic Salon Team and always left to the discretion of our clients all gratuities are greatly appreciated. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your check or credit card.

 Children

Le Chic Salon is pleased to welcome clients of all ages for our salon services. However, Le Cic Salon Management asks that you please refrain from bringing children that are not having services performed. Le Chic Salon guarantees our clients overall salon service experience and unattended children can cause a possible disruption to services being rendered to other clients. Please note that Le Chic Salon is not held responsible for monitor or care of unattended children not receiving salon services.

 Pets Policy

 As per New York State regulations pets are not permitted in the salon unless they are service pets.

While we would like to meet your precious pets, please consider the allergies of our guests.

 Single Process and Highlights

 A single process service and highlights does not include an additional glaze. If you wish to add-on glaze to your single process and or highlights please speak with your colorist and your glaze will be applied for additional fee of $40.00

 Toner-Clear Glaze- Color Glaze

 The services are $40.00 only if having your color, highlights done in the salon.

Blowout Style

 You will receive a complementary finishing rough blowout with all color services. If you wish for a full professional blowout style after your color services you will be booked in accordingly, and will receive your professional blowout style for additional fee (if your hair also requires a flat iron service to be straightened out, you will be charged an additional fee).

 Please note* Some hair types, such as curly, heavily textured, and relaxed hair cannot be effectively rough blow dried. In such cases it is better to leave the hair to dry naturally, and as such, we cannot offer our complementary rough blow dry as this will affect the integrity of your hair. Of course if you wish to book a full professional blow dry we will make you look stunning.

 Salon Corrections

 Any service correction must be within seven (7) days of initial service.

  Referral Program

 Refer a friend and receive 10% OFF.

Certain conditions may apply. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is subject to change with out notice. Offer is good for a one time service discount on initial visit. Not applicable for retail purchases.

 Prices

 Our price structure reflects the years of training, experience, & educational level of the stylist, technician an make-up artist as well as length & texture of hair.
